TOWN OF OAKLAND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
RESIDENTIAL AND MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES
The Town of Oakland is soliciting proposals from Municipal Solid Waste Management Contractors for the provision of residential and municipal facilities Solid Waste Collection service including residential and municipal facilities, waste, and yard debris. Proposers are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
Three bound copies of a type-written proposal, including a completed Rate Schedule must be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked plainly Residential and Municipal Solid Waste Services Sealed Bid Enclosed, by an authorized officer of the Proposer and received by the Town of Oakland, Town Recorder, 170 Doss Circle, P.O. Box 56 Oakland TN, 38060 no later than 2:00 P.M. on June 9, 2025. Bid tab will be presented to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen at the next scheduled meeting.
The Town of Oakland reserves the right to request such information or materials as it may deem appropriate and necessary to evaluate each proposer’s consent that the Town of Oakland may make any inquiry deemed appropriate to evaluate the proposer’s qualification.
