Online Utility Bill Payment

Dear Oakland Resident,

We are pleased to offer our new online utility bill payment system. With this new system, customers will need to re-register (one time) since it is a completely new and updated system. Also please note a processing fee will be added by the credit company for the use of the online system.

Some Important Notes:

• When you pay online please pick “Town of Oakland Utilities” to apply payment. Check by phone payments could take from 5 to 10 business days to clear.
• We do not accept ACH Payment. Credit Card Payment Only.
• Payments made after 4:30 pm will process the next business day. Payments made after 4:30 p.m. on the 15^th and the 25^th will have penalty and late charges added.
• Attention Property Management Companies!! Our online system can only process 75 payments per batch. Please limit the number of payments that you submit at one time.
