Public Notice – Invitation to Serve on Citizens’ Advisory Committee

Mayor Mike Brown invites Letters of Interest from residents interested in serving on a Citizens’ Advisory Committee.

Committee openings may include the Municipal Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Parks & Recreation Committee.

Individuals must be a resident of the Town of Oakland and a registered voter.  All appointments are on a volunteer basis.

Please send a Letter of Interest with your background and areas of interest, and why you might contribute to the Town’s future as a member of a Committee to mbrown@oaklandtn.gov

Committees generally meet once per month, at Town Hall, in the early evening.
